HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT
You are not satisfied with the product you have just received and wish to return the product, we will be happy to assist you if the product meets our conditions. You can return your order within 30 days from the date you received the item.

When returning goods, please include the following information: Customer name, order number, detailed summary of contents and your desire to exchange or return.
You are responsible for returning the goods, unless the goods are faulty, damaged or if you received goods that are not what you ordered.
RETURN CONDITIONS
We only accept returns within the specified period of 30 days and must be returned in unworn, unused condition, with original packaging and purchase invoice, and the product is not defective or worn. worn out due to your fault.
We will not accept any products when:
– We do not offer refunds for products that are on promotion or sale.
– The returned product is not in its original condition: worn, scratched, damaged or no longer in the original packaging.
– An item is returned outside of the time frame stated above.
– No cancellation of pre-placed orders.
– No refunds for promotional products.
– Please note, any orders paid for with a gift card are not eligible for a refund.
– Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
